Application

6-S fiberglass shaker table is one of gravity separation equipment, it is widely used in sorting tungsten, Tin, tantalum, niobium, gold and other precious metals and precious metal mining. It can be used for roughing, featured, scavenging etc different operations, separating coarse sand (2-0.5mm),fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), mud (0.074) etc different particle size. It is also used for sorting iron, manganese ore and coal. When dealing with tungsten, tin ore, and so on, The effective recovery particle size of  6-S fiberglass shaker table is in the range of 2-0.22 mm.

Notable features of shaker table is high bonanza and often use it to get the final concentrate ,while separate final tailings can effectively deal with fine particles. Sorting grain size on line 3mm and if tramlines Tin and tungsten ore by 0.4mm, iron 0.074mm, most used for sorting lower 1mm materials
